Madame ChouChou Lingerie is handmade with care in Canada. As with any fine lingerie, please handwash your garments in a diluted detergent with like garments and lay flat to dry. I love seeing you in your purchases, tag your photos on social media with #madamechouchou to be featured on my pages!

Because all items are handmade to order, we do not accept returns/exchanges. Please ensure that you have properly measured yourself before making an order, or have sent an email for a fit evaluation. Custom orders made to your measurements may cost extra, but minor adjustments are free of charge. If you believe there has been some kind of error in your order please contact me directly so we can correct the issue.

Where are your garments produced?
-Currently all Madame ChouChou garments are made in Canada in a small studio, by one person with the company of her studio gremlin (black cat). Every piece is handmade to order with care. Each order will be added to a queue and will take roughly three weeks to produce BEFORE shipping. Please email me directly for a more accurate queue time.
How long will it take me to recieve my order?
-If you live in Canada, it should take up to a week. If you live in the USA, it will take 1-2 weeks. If you are outside of North America orders can take 6-8 weeks. If you require a quicker shipping speed please contact me BEFORE placing your order.
Please be patient with the covid restrictions. It has affected shipping speed!
How do I care for my garments?
-As with any fine lingerie please hand wash your Bettie Fatal Lingerie in lingerie detergent, and lay flat to dry.
Do you accept custom orders?
-Always! Email me and we can work together to create your dream piece.
